Mr. Nat Beifoh Osewele is the President/Chairman of the Governing Council, Institute of Change Management. Nat Beifoh Osewele is a media professional with cognate experience spanning three decades. A thoroughbred media practitioner, he has held top editorial positions in various national daily newspapers in Nigeria as news reporter, features writer/editor and editorial consultant.
Osewele, who holds a B.A (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos (Unilag) and Diploma certificate in Journalism, Advertising and Public relations from the Institute of Journalism, Ikeja Lagos is currently the Deputy Editor in one of Nigeria’s foremost daily news publication where he leads the day-to-day management and coordination of the organization’s editorial workforce numbering over 90 spread across the 36 states and nation’s capital.
He is also a renowned public relations consultant with strong bias for reputation management.
He is a founding member of the ICMi.
Joseph A. Anetor, ficm, ANIPR, ACIPM, ANIM
Joseph Anetor is the Registrar and a founding member of the Institute of Change Management International. He is a human resource practitioner, public relations advisor, administrator, leadership counselor and change management expert. His experience cuts across Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Oil & gas, Engineering, Agriculture and Training Consultancy. Joseph Anetor is an admirable trainer and reputed for having facilitated high profile training programmes and seminars. He is the author of the popular book, The Portrait of Service which has sold thousands of copies. He has over 22 years productive work experience.
Anetor is a graduate of Delta State University, Abraka and holds a masters degree of the University of Benin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Change Management International, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria; Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and the Nigeria Institute of Management.
Joseph has been involved with multifaceted change management programmes in organizations with accomplished successes.
He is the president and founding member of Visionary Leadership Services, an NGO established to champion the course of leadership through mentorship of the youths; using lectures, conferences and seminars as a vehicle to reach the youths and people in leadership positions. Visionary Leadership Services is the organizer of the popular Professor Ambrose Alli lecture series.
Nkeiru Adesogan, ficm, MCIPM
Mrs Nkeiruka Ekenma Adesogan is the President and Chief Executive officer of Le Niveau Consult Limited, a registered agency in Nigeria with regional presence in Abidjan Cote D’Ivoire. Le Niveau Consult is an accredited Agency that facilitates the placement of qualified Nigeria/African students into Top Colleges and Universities abroad for study. She is also the Country Director of Education & Migration Services Australia an Australian based Company that assists International clients to live and work in Australia as skilled migrants or as students
Nkeiru holds an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University Ojo. She started her working career as a Personnel Officer in 1985 with the now defunct Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL). She rose to the rank of Senior Manager Employee relations. She left the services of NITEL to be an employer of labour.
Her entrepreneurial spirit led her into International Education and cultural exchange programs that gave birth to Le Niveau Consult Limited in Nigeria and Cote D’Ivoire, Pearl International Education and Exchange services and later Education and Migration Services Australia. The companies have branches in Lagos and Enugu and have successfully counselled, mentored many youths who studied abroad and are gainfully employed both Nationally and Internationally.
She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel management of Nigeria (CIPM). In 2010 – 2013, she was elected as the Chairman of Lagos state branch of CIPM where she severed creditably well. Due to her diligence and good team leadership, the branch won Best Branch Award for two years during her tenure. She is presently the National Treasurer of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
Nkeiru has attended many seminars, conferences and workshops abroad and has membership of International education bodies such as European Association for International Education (EAIE), World Educate Business Association (WEBA), NASFA, International Consultants for Education & Fairs (ICEF) and she has British Council and QISAN accreditations.
She is married and blessed with four children and two grandsons
Sukkushe Hosea Ezekiel, ficm, MCIPM, MCIA, FIMMI, MSHRH, FIMC, CMC
Mr. Sukkushe Hosea Ezekiel holds B.Sc. Public Administration from University of Abuja, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Public Administration from University of Jos, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Certificate in HRM from Galilee International Management Institute, Israel. He has Certificates in Secretarial Studies from Kaduna Polytechnic and Adamawa State Polytechnic; Leadership & Management Certificates and several HR and Administrative Certificates from many Institutions within and outside Nigeria.
Mr. Sukkushe has about 40 years working experience in Government, Para-Church, Private Sector and NGOs, from 1979 to 2019. He is an HR Professional and a Certified Management Consultant. Currently working as Assistant Director, Human Resources, Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria; the Managing Consultant/CEO of Sukkushe Human Resources Management and Development Consultancy Ltd and the Chairman/CEO of Sukkushe Farms Limited with Corporate Offices in Abuja, FCT. He is also a Co-Proprietor/Board Secretary, Shepherds-Field Academy, Abuja.

Victor Olufemi Ajulo is the founder and Managing Director of Michelle and Anthony Consulting Limited, Board Member, Capri Finance and Investment Company Limited, First Monarch Logistics Limited, Garden Creations and Exports Limited and Chairman, Triumph Petroleum and Chemical Company Limited.
He has held the position of Managing Director of Capri Finance and Investment Limited.
Victor Olufemi Ajulo holds a first degree in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) and Fellow, Institute of Change Management (ficm), Member, Chartered Institute of Housing, UK, Member, International Federation of Housing Planners.
His experience cuts across Business Re-engineering, Financial Modelling, Budget Development and Administration, Working Capital Management Dynamics, Long and Short-term fund sourcing, Investment Analysis and Management, Risk Management, Financial Statement Preparation, Interpretation and Analysis, Business Strategy Development.
He has over twenty-eight (28) years extensive experience with over half spent at senior leadership level.
