Course Overview
This course provides participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance teamwork and collaboration within the workplace. Through interactive sessions, real-life case studies and group activities, participants will learn effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies and methods to build trust among team members. The course also covers essential aspects of leadership, empowerment and the use of technology to facilitate collaboration in both physical and virtual work environments.Course duration:
